Add-DeathSocketCLI-to-Your-Machine.md

Having moved over from GitHub earlier this year, I am still in the process of learning my way around GitLab. Because of that, I haven't got round to learning what the equivalent to GitHub's "Releases" thing is for GitLab. So, all I can recommend for now is clone or download the repository in its entirety and build DeathSocketCLI from source. If anyone knows how to create a separate "release" of a pre-compiled version of DeathSocketCLI, please get in touch and let show me. I am sure it will be quicker than me getting around to it in my own sweet time.
