adjust header name in ideal-flatmate-manc.csv file.

I've found lisp-stat and vega work better when the column titles in the header
of CSV files are a string of unbroken text (so 'raw-listing' instead of 'raw
listing'). Essentially, I need to adjust to thinking of them like I do a SQL
database.
