Meilisearch key is incorrect in prod. environment #1

This line in search.lisp is a placeholder value. It was noticed until the site's first deployment.

Another thing to note is this should be in the site's database and not hard-coded. For now, I can fix it by applying the change in the code (hard-coded value) but this needs to be moved out of here into the database.
